
KIDS CLASS FEES

NEW STARTERS
When first starting your child with us, we recommend that you 'Pay As You Go' (in cash only) for classes until they are happy and settled (up to one month of classes) and then move to the monthly payments. Classes can get full very quickly and this secures your child's place in their chosen class for that month.
Please let us know if you are going to be missing any classes in advance so that we can adjust your payments for the month.
MONTHLY PAYMENTS
Monthly payments are due by the last day of the previous month and you can pay by bank transfer (please ask for the details), cash or payment link.
BANK TRANSFERS: should reference 'Student Name / Month' (eg: Lucy / APR).
Please send Sarah a screenshot of the payment so that it can be logged correctly on the register for the upcoming month.
CASH PAYMENTS: should be made in an envelope with the student's name on the front and given to Sarah, Jess, Lisa or Hilary directly.
PAYMENT LINK: please speak to Sarah directly if you would prefer this option of payment.
HOLIDAYS
To ensure we can effectively manage our classes and staffing, we offer a fee waiver for family holidays, provided the following conditions are met:
- Advance Booking Required: All holiday requests must be submitted in advance to qualify for the fee waiver.
- Minimum Notice Period: We require a minimum of one calendar month’s notice.
Example: If your child will be on holiday on 18th July, we must receive notification by 18th June at the latest for the waiver to apply.
Important Note Regarding Exclusions
Please be aware that this waiver policy applies only to pre-planned family holidays. Other circumstances, including but not limited to the following, do not qualify for a fee waiver:
- Illness
- School trips
- Medical or dental appointments
- Any other short-notice absences
